From understanding an emotion
to reaching real support

Emotionography is an emotional wellness company that turns psychological knowledge into education, content, tools and services.

We make sound emotional knowledge as easy to reach as possible, so that people become the owner of their own emotions and build a life that is settled and content

01 — UNDERSTAND

First, we make emotions understandable

We check the evidence behind what we teach, then translate it into language people can use the same day. We never explain a person as a defect or a score; we start from the context an emotion came from.

02 — EXPRESS

Then we help people put it into words

We help people voice what they feel and find the context of their own lives. You can begin alone, but you are not left alone.

03 — CONNECT

And we connect people to the right support

We look at the need first, then connect people to professionals whose credentials we have verified. For organisations we extend the same line into tools and training programmes.

For individuals, somewhere to start.

Trust comes from operating standards

These are the four standards we actually hold ourselves to. We do not run exaggerated claims, and we never market by preying on what people feel they lack.

We verify before we publish

We check the source of a claim, who it applies to and where it stops. Only what we can verify goes out, in language people can follow.

We state our limits first

Education, emotional support and professional referral are separate roles. Our services do not replace diagnosis or treatment, and they are not an emergency response channel.

We verify professionals before connecting

We confirm the credentials and experience of counselling and coaching professionals first. What we cannot verify is never used as grounds for a referral.

We keep personal data minimal

We collect only what a purpose requires and keep nothing once that purpose ends. Records about emotions are handled with particular care.

April Hur · Founder & CEO

Accountable for how we explain emotions, and for where that leads

April Hur founded Emotionography to turn psychological knowledge into language people can genuinely use, and to carry that understanding into education and services.

She leads the company's research direction, content standards, service strategy and institutional partnerships. Her rule: the language around emotions should be easy, the evidence behind it should not.
